• 1 chuck roast (> 3.5 lbs)

• 1 package tenderloin filets (2 per pack)

• 5 lbs dry-aged ground beef

• 1 large skirt steak

Our calves are grass & pasture-raised, finished on a high-quality grain (120 days) for beautiful marbling & delicious flavor, and dry-aged for 14 days at harvest.
