• 2 large sirloin steaks (> 2 lbs)

• 2 bone-in ribeyes

• 2 t-bone steaks

• 1 small chuck roast (2-3 lbs)

• 1 tri-tip roast (> 2 lbs)

• 5 lbs dry-aged ground beef (1 lb packs)

• 1 skirt steak

Our calves are grass & pasture-raised, finished on a high-quality grain (120 days) for beautiful marbling & delicious flavor, and dry-aged for 14 days at harvest.
